VENUE & ACCESS
The European Humanitarian Forum will be held at the Square Brussels Convention Centre.

The entrance to the venue is via the Glass Cube, the main entry to the premises.
ACCESSIBILITY
The access to the venue for people with reduced mobility is possible via four entrances. For more information about their location, please refer to the venue website: SQUARE Brussels

TRANSPORTATION
The following public transportation lines serve the conference venue:
- Metro lines 1 and 5, tram lines 38, 52, 63, 65, 86
- Bus lines 29, 48, 66, 71, 86 and 95
- Trams 92 and 93
The venue is also accessible via train at Central Station.

WELCOME DESK
Registration will take place in the main lobby during the following time:
- 19 May: from 08:30 to 20:00
- 20 May: from 08:30 to 18:30
You will need to print your badge at the dedicated kiosks using the QR Code that the organisers will send you a few days before the event. You may use the QR code on your phone to print the badge.
Please bring a valid identity card or passport for registration.; please be aware that for security purposes we require that you always wear your badge within the venue.
CATERING
Participants to the Forum will have access to the coffee breaks and light lunches served on 19 and 20 May within the venue.
RECEPTION
A Cocktail Reception will be held on 19 May 2025, from 18:00 to 20:00, in the meeting venue.
SECURITY AND CLOAKROOM
A security screening will be performed at the entrance of the venue. This will include both persons and bags. To avoid long waiting times for participants, we ask you to limit the carrying over of any non-indispensable luggage.
A cloakroom service will be operational throughout the event during the venue’s opening times. For security reasons, you are requested not to leave your personal belongings unattended.
RECORDING AND PHOTOS
Photographers and video recorders will be present during the event for communication purposes. In case you do not wish to appear on the pictures and recordings, and have communicated this decision during the registration process, please let us know at the moment of your registration. We also kindly invite you to sit in the back rows of the rooms during sessions, to facilitate the task of the photographers.
INTERNET
During the event, a dedicated Wi-Fi network will be accessible to participants.
PARKING
Please note that the street parking for cars in the area is very limited and quite expensive. We advise you to reach the venue using the public transportation as much as possible.
