“VOICE Video series: From neglect to awareness! Uncovering humanitarian crises aim to shed light on overlooked humanitarian crises. Emphasizing the funding gaps and the urgent need for support, these videos aim to engage EU decision-makers and citizens and generate awareness, empathy, and action for neglected crises. Each short video will be dedicated to a different country and it will highlight a few projects run by VOICE NGO members.

First video of the series: El Salvador where, for the year 2022, international donors provided a mere 28 percent of the funding required, making it one of the most underfunded crises worldwide and limiting the scope of the humanitarian response.”
