Andrew Moore Head of Region, The HALO Trust

Andrew has worked in mine action with HALO since 2005, running operations in Afghanistan, Angola, Georgia, Mozambique and Kosovo. He ran HALO's European operations for seven years, was director of philanthropy and communications for fours years, and has been covering the Middle East since 2021.
