Beatrice brings to the Climate Action Accelerator 20 year experience in the area of public policy, research, strategic management, and project development with a commitment to improve the fate of populations caught in crisis. Beatrice currently holds the position of Policy Engagement Director where she contributes to accelerate the climate transformation of the humanitarian sector. Throughout her journey as a humanitarian worker, she was deployed in multiple conflict-affected countries, and served in several leadership roles at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). Between 2017 and 2022, Beatrice was Europe Director at the Center for Civilians in Conflict (CIVIC), engaging European Governments, the EU, and NATO in view of promoting civilian protection in Europe and in Ukraine. Beatrice sits in the board of Climate and Sustainability, and is a member of the She Changes Climate Network. She is also an advisory board member of International Code of Conduct Association for Private Security Providers, and a board member at the Groupe URD. She holds a Master degree in Public Policy from Princeton University and graduated from Sciences Po Paris.
