Nofy is an environmentalist from Madagascar. She holds a Master's degree in Geography, specializing in Earth Science, from the University of Antananarivo, Madagascar, and also possesses a Bachelor's degree in English Studies. Nofy is currently employed at the National NGO SAF/FJKM as a Technical Expert and Fundraising Officer. In her role, she plays a pivotal part in program and project design and planning, fundraising, proposal development, field operations, and implementation. Her specialization lies in the field of climate change adaptation and disaster risk management. She have had the privilege of working in Madagascar, a region known for its incredible biodiversity but also its vulnerability to climate change. Her responsibilities through SAF/FJKM go beyond traditional conservation efforts. They also involve finding ways to help communities build resilience in the face of increasingly urgent climate challenges
