Mustafa Othman is the Executive Director of Shaqodoon, an innovative NGO part of the Somali Resilience Program (SomREP), leads impactful initiatives in youth employment, entrepreneurship, private sector development and technology for development. Operating primarily in Somalia, Somaliland, and Kenya, his role has been crucial in employing cutting-edge mobile technologies for humanitarian and development efforts. With a team of over 50 professionals, Mustafa is at the forefront of technology for development (T4D) initiatives. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Westminster and specialized training in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oxford.
