Born in 1978, Patrick Youssef has a bachelor’s degree in public law, a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and Strategic Negotiations, an LLM in International Law in armed conflicts, a certificate of completion of an Executive Education on Global Leadership and Public Policy as well as a training certificate on ‘’Transformational Leadership’’.
