Mrs. Pauline Chetcuti is Head of Humanitarian Campaigns and Advocacy for Oxfam International. Her role involves global level campaigning, influencing and developing policy on critical topics such as the protection of civilians in conflict, the drivers of fragility, and the impact of climate change on marginalised populations. Legally trained in the field of International Humanitarian and Human Rights Law, she has worked for UN agencies and (I)NGOs in Palestine, Afghanistan and France as an advocacy and policy expert. Mrs. Chetcuti has contributed to and authored various publications on conflict, global hunger, or the climate and humanitarian nexus.
